Arcos Riviera black cheese knife can be used for cutting semi-hard or soft cheese such as trappist, gouda, gomolya, brie or camembert cheese without sticking to the blade.
The Arcos RIVIERA is a black cheese knife with a finer rounded line that is convenient and easy to use. The blade is an exclusive stainless steel NITRUM® blade for high performance and durability. The handle, is made of polyoxymethylene (POM), therefore it is very strong and rigid, tolerates even extreme temperatures (-40 and 150 ° C).
Grooved rivets are made of stainless high-strength steel.
The cheese knife satisfies HACCP requirements.
The NITRUM® blade is made of nitrogen steel based on a new experiment, which is very durable and long-lasting. The new microstructure allows for special performance, both professionally and at home.
