Vegan cashew milk powder is appliable in wide variety like making plant-based yogurts, kefirs, cream, or simply just consuming as cashew milk. Thanks to the powder form, the final products consistency is controllable. This high quality cashew powder gives any foods, or drinks a delicious light flavour which in my opinion enhances the experience of the food! :) The natural fat content of the powder makes smooth milk like mouthfeel. For a usual cashew milk the proper amount is about 3-5% of cashew powder mixed into water.

Our cashew milk powder is not comparable with the average cashew flour. The cashew milk powder is way finer powder which is water soluble.

Our A4Y yogurt culture and Natural yogurt culture are both lactose-free and usable with this product for plant-based yogurt!

Easy plant-based cashew yogurt recipe:

  1. Mix the coconut milk powder, the faba protein, the honey and the warm water
  2. Blend it together in high speed
  3. Heat it up to 92-98 °C
  4. Cool it back to 43 °C
  5. Add the yogurt culture
  6. Keep it on this temperature for 6-8 hours (you can use a yogurt maker, thermos, sous vide water bath, or anything which is helps to maintain its temperature)
  7. Put it in the fridge overnight
  8. Enjoy! :)

If you prefer sourer yogurts than choose A4Y yogurt culture, if you prefer mild yogurts than choose Natural yogurt culture.
