It's not a ready-made flour mix but ensures bread structure and elasticity. Using this technology, you can bake unprecedented quality gluten-free breads from virtually any gluten-free flour. It's versatile enough to create delicious, light hydrated bread even from traditional rye and other flours!
Gluten-Free Bread Recipes
Ingredients:
- Organic golden flaxseed flour
- Psyllium husk powder
- No additives or preservatives!
Directions:
1. Add 40-50g of gluten-free dough base to 400g hot water, blend thoroughly with a hand blender.
2. Allow to cool to room temperature, then add 300g gluten-free flour, 1 tbsp sourdough starter, and 10g salt.
3. Proof the dough for approximately 12 hours at room temperature and the same in the fridge.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C until golden brown.
