Everything you need for gluten-free brown bread baking in one package: bread dough base, sourdough starter, and flours.

The package includes our well-known sourdough, which has always been gluten-free, 3 types of gluten-free flours, and an additional ingredient, one of our newest products. The gluten-free bread dough base allows you to bake a truly light bread similar to "traditional" bread. This base is a great idea and the result of many months of work. We are confident that with this technique, you will be able to bake truly delicious gluten-free bread!

Everything in the set is additive-free, so the bread you make with it will differ from store-bought bread and gluten-free flour mixes in this respect as well. Our homemade bread will not contain any preservatives, flavour enhancers, texture improvers, or any other additives!

Of course, the package is not only suitable for baking bread. Feel free to make pizza, rolls, croissants, etc. We are continuously working on developing and uploading new recipes :)
