Discover the magic of making plant-based yogurt with the help of the Plant-Based Yogurt Mix! This new, self-developed product includes everything you need to make delicious, healthy vegan yogurt at home. Just add water and yogurt culture, and you’re ready to start making yogurt.

The Plant-Based Yogurt Mix contains coconut milk powder, which provides a rich, creamy mouthfeel similar to that of milk. The fava protein in it behaves similarly to dairy protein, so the yogurt is easily made with the same curdling reaction as if you were making it from traditional milk. Inulin, which adds natural sweetness, nourishes the bacteria, promoting their growth, and also functions as a prebiotic fiber, making the yogurt not only tasty but also extremely healthy.

With this mix, anyone can easily make healthy, low-calorie yogurt at home, which is not only tastier than store-bought vegan yogurts but, thanks to its probiotic and prebiotic properties, much healthier. Plus, it’s more cost-effective, has a long shelf life, and is free of additives. Once prepared, it can last up to 2 weeks, so you’ll always have fresh, delicious yogurt at home!

One packet of Plant-Based Yogurt Mix makes 1.2 kg of yogurt, to which you just need to add 1 spoonful of A4Y yogurt culture.

This means that:

Yogurt Mix: 1500 HUF + 1 spoon of A4Y culture: (3300/12) 275 HUF = 1.2 kg plant-based yogurt: 1775 HUF -> so 200 g of delicious yogurt costs: (1775/6) 295 HUF.

The full packet contains 810 kcal, so a 200 g serving of prepared yogurt contains 135 kcal, which you can enjoy guilt-free for breakfast or as a dessert at any time of the day, with fresh fruit, granola, or a bit of honey!

Preparation:

1. Boil 1 liter of water.

2. Pour the entire packet contents into the hot water and mix thoroughly with a hand blender.

3. Strain the mixture using a straining bag to remove the foam on top and ensure you get a completely smooth yogurt.

4. Cool the prepared plant milk to 42-44°C and add 1 dose of A4Y yogurt culture.

5. Ferment for 6 hours at 42-44°C. You can maintain the temperature with a fermenting machine, yogurt maker, or by wrapping it in towels (simple insulation).

6. After fermentation is complete, place it in the refrigerator, let it cool completely, and it’s ready to enjoy! :)
