Description
A package of semi-hard cheeses with a ripening box and an optional online course.
Since semi-hard cheeses require almost the same equipment and raw material, we have consolidated it into one package. You can also choose an online course(s) for the offer.

- 5 capsules Yobiotik Trappist, Gouda, Edam Cheese Culture
- 100 mL Natural Rennet
- 10 capsules of the enzyme lysozyme
- 2 pcs of 1 kg cheese mould with follower
- Cheesecloth for molds weighing 1 kg and 1300 g
- GN 1/2 maturing box with cheese net and lid
- 250 g cheese coating wax
- Optional thermometer (select above)
In addition to the package, you will also need fresh milk, a large pot and a long knife.
The semi-hard cheesemaking package includes all the necessary tools, ingredients, an online course for making these cheeses and as an addition, a GN1/2 ripening box. With this tool, you can easily ripen any cheese in your fridge, cellar, protecting it from drying out and other infections. You can optionally choose a thermometer.
