- 5 capsules semmi-hard culture (for 50 litres of milk)
- 10 capsules lysosyme enzyme (for 100 litres of milk)
- 100 g citric acid
- 100 g calcium chloride
- 1 pc 3 kg Pecorino cheese mold with follower and cheese cloth
- 2 pcs 1 kg cheese molds with followers and cheese cloths
- 3 small ricotta molds
- large ripening box with cheese net (GN 1/1)
- Optional thermometer
