The mixture contains of fungi and bacteria for making kefir in an appropriate proportion. Medium-carbonated Caucasian type kefir can be made with its help.
Optimal themperature 20-24 °C
Dosage: 1 g is recommended for inoculate 20 litres of milk
Maintains its quality for 1 year in the freezer.
It contains a mixture of fungi and bacteria necessary for the preparation of kefir in optimal proportions. Medium-carbonated, very flavorful Caucasian-type kefir can be made with its help. We have supplemented prebiotic plant fibers, because these fibers both support intestinal function and help beneficial bacteria travel along the stomach, bile acid, small intestine obstacle course.
