Our Liquid Smoke is a natural wood smoke condensate derived from carefully controlled combustion of beechwood. Ideal for cheese makers, butchers, and food producers, it delivers the rich aroma and appearance of smoked foods in a clean, convenient form.

Recommended Usage:

  • For cheese surface treatment: Mix 25 mL of Liquid Smoke per 1 litre of brine and soak the cheese during the salting process.
  • For other foods: Dilute to 40% with water for general application. If used undiluted, do not exceed 0.69 g/kg in the final product.
