Description
Thermophilic culture recommended primarily for pasta filata cheeses, e.g. parenyica, mozzarella, burrata.
Culture can be used on its own or mixed with other cultures.
Remove the capsulated culture from the freezer before use, gently pull it apart and dissolve it in a small amount of lukewarm water. Mix the culture so dissolved with the milk. Optimal temperature: 35-42 °C
Ingredients:- - Streptococcus thermophillus
- - Inulin (plant based fiber)
- - Bacteria carrier: lactose
- One capsule is enough to culture 10 litres of milk.
- Storage: 12-18 months from production at -18°C
